With over a decade of experience, RRK Gourmet brings a full-service catering experience to your backyard. We source the highest quality ingredients like jumbo crawfish, our signature in-house blend of spices, and premium sides for an authentic Louisiana-style crawfish boil.
Our Signature Package Includes:*
Two sacks of premium crawfish (~65 lbs)
corn
potatoes
specialty sausage
artichoke
garlic
mushrooms
pearl onion
paper towels
wet wipes
saltines
serving trays
trash can/bags
table & chair rentals (upon request)
*Additional crawfish, sides, and equipment can be increased to accommodate larger party sizes
Please factor in 3 - 4 hours for full service and at least 1 hour for set up before the event. We serve the crawfish in batches, so each serving is hot and fresh!
